We are delighted to announce that the BHVS Annual Spring Meeting 2026 will take place on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th April 2026.
This year’s meeting will bring together colleagues from across the heart valve community for two days of education, discussion, and shared learning, with a strong focus on translating knowledge into clinical practice. This will be of interest to all members of the heart team including clinical scientists, physiologists, valve nurses, Cardiology trainees and Cardiologists.  Â
The 2026 Spring Meeting will centre around three key pillars:
Core Curriculum in Heart Valve Disease (HVD)
A comprehensive review of essential knowledge and updates designed to support all clinicians involved in the care of patients with heart valve disease
From Guidelines to Practice: Bridging the Divide
Exploring how evidence and recently updated valve guidelines can be effectively applied in real-world clinical settings, addressing common challenges and practical solutions.
Live MDT: Challenging Valve Cases and Discussion
Interactive multidisciplinary team sessions featuring complex valve cases, encouraging debate, shared decision-making, and audience participation.
