Dr Saadia Aslam is currently undertaking a Clinical Fellowship in Cardiac Imaging at St Thomas’ Hospital and King’s College London.  She is a cardiology trainee with a sub-specialist focus on advanced cardiac imaging and a particular interest in heart valve disease.

Dr Aslam received her medical degree from Keele University and completed research at the University of Leicester on sociodemographic disparities and imaging biomarkers in aortic stenosis, supporting a precision medicine approach to patient management.

As Digital Lead for BHVS, she aims to promote innovative digital initiatives in valve disease research and clinical practice.
